My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was ideal for us, close to Natural Bridge and within the Daniel Boone National Forest, but the dining options were extremely limited. The room needed some work, appearing to be a handicapped room with grab bars and a wooden seat; however, it was supposed to be non-smoking. The service was a blend of helpfulness, like when they went out of their way to accommodate me to my car, and rudeness, especially when one staff member was more focused on her cellphone than assisting guests.

I had a great stay at this hotel located in West Liberty, KY, which was excellent for me. The rooms were clean overall and way better than I expected, although it would have been nice to have a fridge. The service was always kind and very friendly, but they didn't replenish used supplies. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Daniel Boone National Forest. The dining experience was lacking, quite a travesty to call it breakfast, but the toasted bread was nice and fresh.

The hotel is in a convenient location in West Liberty, easy for us to get back down to West Liberty or visit the Natural Bridge. The rooms were heavily scented with air freshener, but they let us have a fridge at no additional charge even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The dining options were extremely limited, but the sweet cakes were a treat. The staff was always friendly and went out of their way to help, making checking in and out a breeze. Overall, the hotel provides good value for the price.
